Granulator Applications

1. A granulator uses the oscillating action of a rotating drum to grind wet powdered materials into granules through a wire screen. It is also widely used to pulverize lumps into ready-made granules.
2. In the chemical industry, it is used to grind wet powders into granules for drying and tablet pressing. It can also pulverize lumps that have agglomerated during storage or during chemical processing. In the food industry, it is used to process candies, sugar mixtures, malt milk, and other products. In other industries, it is used to granulate mixed materials such as ceramics and plastics.
3. It is not suitable for semi-solid, fluid, slurry, or abrasive applications.
