Main Structure of a Granulator

1. Feed System: The granulator's feed system primarily consists of a feed port, hopper, conveyor belt, and speed regulator. The feed port is used to feed raw materials into the machine, the hopper stores the raw materials, the conveyor belt transports the raw materials from the hopper into the machine, and the speed regulator adjusts the feed rate.

2. Crushing System: The crushing system consists of a cutter, hammers, and screens. After passing through the feed system, the raw materials enter the crushing system, where they are crushed into powder by the cutter and hammers. The screen then filters out coarse particles.

3. Pressing System: The pressing system consists of a die, rollers, and a pressure regulator. The crushed powder enters the pressing system, where the die and rollers press the powder into granules.

4. Discharge System: The discharge system consists of a discharge port, vibrating screen, and dust collector. The compressed granules are discharged through the discharge port and then screened and dusted by the vibrating screen and dust collector to produce a granule product that meets the requirements.
