1. Cleaning and Maintenance
- Regularly Clean Ink and Paper Dust: Ink residue and paper dust accumulate during press operation. It is recommended to wipe the rollers, ink tanks, and conveyor belts with a soft cloth or a special cleaner after each shift to prevent clogging or corrosion.
- Filter System Inspection: The air filter should be cleaned weekly (reduced to three times a day in dusty environments) to prevent dust from entering the electrical system and causing short circuits (refer to the "Printing Machinery Maintenance Standard" GB/T 3264-2023).
2. Lubrication Management
- Key components such as gears and bearings should be lubricated with the manufacturer's specified lubricant, refilled every 500 hours (reduced to 300 hours in high-temperature environments). Excessive lubrication may attract dust, so the amount of lubricant should be strictly controlled.
- Chain lubrication is recommended, lubricated monthly with a spray lubricant to ensure smooth operation.
3. Component Inspection and Replacement
- Blankets and printing plates: Replace every 100,000 prints or when noticeable wear occurs, otherwise the image and text accuracy will be affected.
- Electrical system: Check wiring monthly for aging. Ground resistance should be ≤ 4Ω (in compliance with ISO 12647-2 safety standards).
